Yupanqui is a multidisciplinary artist and costume designer whose work bridges installation, narrator and performance art. Her practice critically examines colonial dynamics within environmental contexts, intertwining technology and ancestral knowledge to forge new connections between the human and the more-than-human worlds.
Ramos invites audiences to question and reimagine the intricate relationships between culture, nature, and identity. Her work often incorporates traditional craft techniques and contemporary artistic forms, creating a dialogue that transcends linear temporalities and cultural boundaries.
Her work has recently been shown including, 36th Biennal Sao Paolo, Sophiensæle (2025), SAVVY Contemporary Berlin (2024), Kampnagel (2022), Sprechwerk Hamburg (2022) and Beaux Arts de Paris (2020) .
